Our good friend Sylvain Taro, who helps us out all the time with product CAD work here at Deluxe, has just got himself a new Tech2 frame set-up, and it looks bloody ace… it’s built up with a bunch of great parts, there are more photos after the jump — along with a pic of what Syl gets up to on it when he’s testing and riding our parts at his trails in France.

The Tech2 front end is so dialled… here’s our new F-Lite stem which Sylvain designed (out in November).

More good stuff: Superlight seat, Superlight seatclamp, 36T F-Lite sprocket, Profiles, and that’s a custom Deluxe brake yoke as well…

New XXL size Handlebars in Cleancoat to match the frame colour, plus Shovelhands grips. This rig is set!

Max Trunz just finished up this edit for ESPN, from his spot at Woodview in New Jersey, and it looks like a pretty sweet spot; “Scott Probst, Brian Anwander, Pat Nugent and I started digging there in ’06. Since then a lot of people have been digging on and off to keep them running. Chris Rafferty and Frank Spinelli, have been there more than anyone recently and that’s why this edit features them. This edit was filmed in June and July of this year…”

Check it out – Johnny Herricks from the Dialed 603 scene’s new Tech2 ride, from Circuit BMX shop. Matt black, fully set-up, and built to roast. We love it.

No, it’s not HD, it’s not Glidecam, and it doesn’t have anything built by Cinevate securing an HD DSLR at a perfectly horizontal angle pull-focussing and tracking while filming at 60fps edited down on Final Cut Pro on a studio-specification Mac. No. But what it does have, is proper roasting trails filmed at the Dialed 603 spot featuring Johnny Herrick, Ian Bresnahan, Joel Evitts, and Adam Spitalny blastin’ dubs somewhere in New Hampshire, and it’s still a very beautiful thing.
